Your Tasks
- Community-based, social psychiatric work in a multiprofessional team
- Implementation of individual case assistance and group work
- Support of the therapeutic concept
- Cooperation with external partners in the social psychiatric network
- Implementation of internal standards and guidelines
Your Profile
- State-recognized degree of diploma, master’s or bachelor’s studies in social work or social pedagogy
- Social competence, communication skills, resilience, enthusiasm for innovation and flexibility
- Good knowledge of social legislation
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Interest in the further development of social work services
