About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interpret sales, inventory and product data to support the development and execution of effective product strategies.
- Create data-driven strategies for category optimization, including product and price point gaps and opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, and stock levels to evaluate category performance and make adjustments.
- Work with Global Portfolio, Controlling, Marketing, Demand Planning and Commercial teams to support category strategy alignment and executions.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/Education, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in Merchandising
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI would be a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Strong willingness to learn with can-do attitude
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
