We are looking for a
Sous-Chef 84% Annual Working Time (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- In the kitchen and office area, you support the leadership and development of the team and together ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen. In the absence of the head chef, you take over the deputy role
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continually delight our guests
- You take on administrative tasks such as ordering goods, incoming goods inspections, and calculations
- You assist with inventory, incoming goods inspection, and checking delivery notes
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.4 hours / 13 weeks vacation according to school planning
Your profile
- You have completed professional training as a cook EFZ, ideally with experience in community catering
- Ideally, you also have 2-4 years of leadership experience to competently lead and motivate your team
- IT affinity as well as knowledge of calculation and inventory management systems are an advantage
- Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance. You actively seek solutions and pitch in
- You have good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral French skills
