Job Description:
As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients regarding technical support. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving IT incidents, providing user assistance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service sense, and the ability to manage support requests efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user support requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, applications, and basic network equipment.
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level teams while ensuring effective follow-up and communication.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware according to defined procedures.
- Document interventions and solutions provided in our ticket management system.
- Ensure optimal customer service quality by adopting a proactive approach and providing tailored technical advice.
Profile sought:
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Good knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments, Office 365 suites, and ticketing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to solve problems independently, with rigor and responsiveness.
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- French, English; German is a plus.
