• Responsibility for the professional support of our apprentices during their training
• Individual and professional care and support of our residents
• Taking over shift responsibility
• Co-responsibility for the design and further development of the care process

You promote and support our apprentices with heart and professional competence. In addition, you work as a Health Specialist in the individual care of our residents and are a valuable support in the team. You can expect a varied position with a workload of 40 - 50% as a trainer and a workload of 40 - 50% in the area of care & support. Besides your practical activities, you benefit from additional scope for learning planning and support for our Health Specialist apprentices.

• Completed vocational training at secondary level (e.g., Health Specialist EFZ, Nurse FA SRK, or a comparable qualification)
• Further training in vocational pedagogy or willingness to complete such training
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
