«Together further» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, we also have a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your Tasks
- You take over basic care for residents with moderate to severe care needs and ensure their well-being
- Considering the values of palliative care, you accompany residents in all activities of daily living
- You are responsible for the daily routine, take on the daily responsibility in the department, and ensure smooth care operations
- Optionally, you take on the role of trainer and accompany learners on their way to becoming qualified professionals
You Bring
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ (FaGe EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in care and support, ideally also in the care of people with dementia (depending on the department)
- Empathy, team spirit, and joy in working with people
- Sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Interest in accompanying and promoting learners – trainer course is an advantage
