Technical Support Employee Large Heat Pumps 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Telephone support for customer concerns in the field of large heat pumps
• Occasional assignments as a service technician on site
• Support and development of field service employees in service
• Commissioning of large heat pumps, support during installation of new systems
• Technical internal service, professional support of project management
• Participation in the development of the large heat pump sector
• Technical customer advice/support
• Customer training

• Completed vocational training in refrigeration technology (refrigeration system mechanic EFZ), equivalent training, electrician EFZ, or automation technician EFZ
• Experience in maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of large heat pumps/refrigeration machines
• Experience with flammable refrigerants or NH3 is an advantage
• Interest in multivalent energy centers and combustion technology
• Reliable, precise, and independent working style
• Networked thinking and quick comprehension
• Willingness to travel occasionally with overnight stays (domestic)
• Driver's license category B
• MS Office skills
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
