We are once again looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

Your exciting area of responsibility:

Case management in the area of vulnerable persons

(including counseling, clarifications, payments, etc.)

Contact person for people in need as well as internal and external agencies
Tasks from the Department of Society and Health

(Direct cooperation with the responsible municipal councilor)

Preparation, drafting, and execution of decisions of the social authority
Preparation and follow-up of meetings of the social authority

(Agendas, minutes, meeting fees)

Administrative tasks (especially in the case management system KLIBnet)
Substitutions within the team
Depending on the tasks and suitability: collaboration in other areas

We are pleased about the following:

Experience in the administrative or social assistance sector
Commercial or equivalent basic training
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Knowledge of the case management system KLIBnet (advantageous but not mandatory)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Enjoyment of teamwork and direct contact with people
