Your Mission

One of our strategic goals in Operations is the continuous increase in productivity. In your role as Operational Purchaser, timely material supply for our production is of utmost priority. Through reliable and cost-optimized procurement of materials and services, you ensure that the production processes in our plant at the Schaan location run smoothly. As a central interface, you coordinate the collaboration between suppliers, production planning, logistics, and other internal departments. To achieve the goal of continuous efficiency improvement, identifying and implementing optimization potentials in procurement is also one of your core tasks. Your Responsibilities

• you are responsible for the independent procurement and disposition of components from assigned product groups for our production site in Schaan
• in doing so, you ensure material availability while considering delivery deadlines and quality requirements
• you are responsible for monitoring and adjusting the material stocks of the purchasing goods you manage as needed to ensure efficient and economical inventory management
• you regularly communicate with your main internal interfaces (strategic purchasing, production planning, quality assurance, and logistics)
• you also manage part of indirect purchasing (operating supplies and services) for the headquarters from request for quotation to delivery
• your tasks also include creating and evaluating detailed reports (various KPIs) for the operational purchasing area
• the introduction of new solutions and standards as well as participation in cross-departmental projects complete your task profile

Your Profile

• you have a commercial or technical basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing
• you have already gained professional experience in purchasing or a comparable position with in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• you are confident in using SAP (MM module) and have good Excel skills
• you can profitably apply your analytical and economic thinking
• you convince us with your communication skills and are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and a will to succeed
• and you have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
