Bicycle Mechanic (f/m/d) 100%

• Performing diagnostics, repair, service, and general maintenance work on bicycles and e-bikes according to specifications
• Assessing warranty, goodwill, and billing cases
• Preparing cost estimates with telephone consultation
• Recording completed work in the IT system
• Preparing delivery documents and products for shipping
• Final inspection of new e-bikes for LANDI stores

• Completed vocational training as a bicycle mechanic EFZ or similar qualification
• Solid knowledge in repairing bicycles and e-bikes
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Good IT skills
• Team-oriented personality with an independent working style
