Customer Advisor

For Banque Raiffeisen de Gimel, a bank very well established locally and with branches in the towns of Rolle and Gland, we are looking for a person for the position of customer advisor.

• Detection and exploitation of customer potential through active and continuous portfolio monitoring.
• Position Raiffeisen as a comprehensive, competent, and sustainable solution provider (basic solutions, pension and investments, housing and financing) and position yourself as a central contact person.
• Guarantee simple and standardized advice on payments, savings/investments, and pensions.
• Development of solutions adapted to the customer's needs taking into account their personal situation and within the framework of the product offer specific to the segment/customer.
• Development of the current customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers.
• Collaboration on market prospecting measures specific to each target group, especially during contact campaigns.

• Complete banking training or comparable education
• Commercial spirit, open and easy contact with customers
