Tasks

Skills
- Completed vocational training, preferably in care, with relevant experience.
- Fluent in German (minimum C1) and possess a driver's license.
- Flexible, responsible, and interested in client support and development.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a night owl as a Night Shift Employee (20-40% workload)
These are your tasks
- Contact person for clients during the night from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and regular day shifts on weekends
- Taking over medical and nursing tasks
- Acting in emergencies
- Security tasks throughout the entire site
This is your profile
- Completed basic training, preferably as a specialist in care EFZ, and ideally experience in social, educational, or nursing fields
- Very good German skills (at least C1), driving license category B
- A flair for administrative work
- Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality (7-day operation)
- Interest in collaboration, care, and promotion of our clients
