To assist members of the communication department in Lausanne, we are looking from March 1, 2026, or by agreement for
a one-year duration an
Your main responsibilities:
Digital:
- coordination and management of social networks for French-speaking Switzerland: writing and publishing posts
- newsletters: support in writing and sending
- updating the website and campaign sites
- adapting content and updating the project database
Campaigns, corporate:
- implementation of various campaigns and events
- distribution of information and promotional material
- creation of online/offline communication materials
Administrative tasks:
- responding to letters/emails from donors and updating changes in the CRM
- managing orders Offering help
- thank you notes and mailing
- supporting the communication team as requested
Your strengths and skills:
- training in marketing or communication
- good sense of priorities, autonomous, solution-oriented, flexible
- good knowledge of German, English is a plus
- excellent mastery of IT tools: internet (CMS), DTP, and databases (CRM)
- genuine motivation for working in an NGO
- curious and proactive personality
