About the job

High-quality and quantitative care, support, and advice for clients at home as well as administrative tasks

Treatment and basic care as well as advising relatives in various life situations

Collaboration with employees, specialist agencies, and doctors

Documentation of the care process

Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining clients' resources

Successful completion as a Health Specialist EFZ

Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form; at least level B2

High social and professional competence with a strong sense of responsibility

Openness, flexibility, and ability to work in a team

Openness and interest in shaping a growing company

Knowledge of the Root Perigon System is an advantage

Valid driving license
