WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• Consulting and support of various departments and branches on personnel acquisition issues
• Comprehensive takeover of already existing vacancies
• Active sourcing of suitable candidates via LinkedIn and Xing
• Use and improvement of recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, direct approaches to attract new employees
• Maintenance of the "talent pool" in the recruitment software
• Support in developing new channels in exchange with line managers and professional associations
• Collaboration with recruitment agencies
• Participation and representation of BDO at career events (fairs, university events, etc.)
• Tracking and evaluation of recruiting and sourcing KPIs to assess effectiveness
• Close cooperation with the strategic recruitment manager, HR business partners, and HR administration

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• 3-5 years of experience in active personnel acquisition or a similar role (ideally experience with profiles from the financial sector)
• Experience in personnel acquisition using LinkedIn and Xing
• Completed education or further training (FH degree, Bachelor, CAS Recruiting)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
• Knowledge of various sourcing channels and techniques
• Proactive and team-oriented mentality
