WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Consulting and support of various departments and branches on personnel acquisition issues
- Comprehensive takeover of already existing vacancies
- Active sourcing of suitable candidates via LinkedIn and Xing
- Use and improvement of recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, direct approaches to attract new employees
- Maintenance of the "talent pool" in the recruitment software
- Support in developing new channels in exchange with line managers and professional associations
- Collaboration with recruitment agencies
- Participation and representation of BDO at career events (fairs, university events, etc.)
- Tracking and evaluation of recruiting and sourcing KPIs to assess effectiveness
- Close cooperation with the strategic recruitment manager, HR business partners, and HR administration
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- 3-5 years of experience in active personnel acquisition or a similar role (ideally experience with profiles from the financial sector)
- Experience in personnel acquisition using LinkedIn and Xing
- Completed education or further training (FH degree, Bachelor, CAS Recruiting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of various sourcing channels and techniques
- Proactive and team-oriented mentality
