Co-Principal Cycle 1 and 2 at the Gaswerkareal Kirchenfeld

• You are responsible for the operational and educational leadership of the Kirchenfeld school location
• You take over the personnel management of around 40 employees with 15 classes and approximately 285 students
• You are responsible for the educational development of the location in close cooperation with the day care management
• You ensure quality development and work on cross-location as well as city-wide projects.
• In 2028, you will lead the educational and personnel relocation process of the entire location to the renovated Kirchenfeld school building after the time at the temporary location at the Gaswerkareal

• Educational or pedagogical training as well as further training (CAS, MAS) for school leadership and interest in school development
• School leadership experience, Cycle 1 and 2
• Leadership experience in the school sector
• Ability to think in larger contexts and accustomed to acting and deciding independently
• Collaboration with day care and city actors in school space planning
• Willingness to openly collaborate with members of the school leadership and the school district commission
• Enjoyment in initiating and supporting renewal and change processes
