- Completed vocational training or equivalent education.

What you can achieve:
- Operation of the house telephone switchboard (staffed 24 hours)
- Support of the on-call center
- Controlling of pre-, start of duty, location, event and end of duty reports.
- Planning of short-term assignments and covering absences
- Monitoring and operation of security systems
- Triaging event reports from alarm and security systems
- Uniform and material orders in the logistics portal as well as integration into the uniform team
What you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Willingness to work in a 24-hour operation
- Good PC skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- You are a flexible, reliable and resilient personality and communicate calmly and competently even in hectic situations
