Your tasks

You support a real estate accountant in managing a real estate portfolio
You assist in preparing interim and annual financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for properties
You prepare service charge statements
You perform rebookings and accruals on balance sheets/income statements and service charge statements
You analyze and clear tenant accounts
You maintain master data and are responsible for deadline controlling

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
You bring initial commercial work experience, preferably in the real estate industry
You have a good understanding of accounting / financial reporting
Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
