- Own and drive the global business development strategy for major international partners
- Take full responsibility for sales quota achievement, forecasting, and revenue growth with global accounts
- Identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities that create value for customers and
- Build and maintain deep understanding of key stakeholders, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Execute go-to-market, sales, and partnership plans to grow profitability and market share
- Lead contract negotiations, answer RFPs, and manage pipeline and opportunity lifecycle
- Form and guide cross-functional teams to support complex solution selling and seamless post-sale execution
- Act as the primary liaison for senior customer relationships (C-Level: CEO, CFO, COO, etc.)
- Measure success by revenue growth, win rate, profitability, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
- University degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry with a focus on business development and strategic partnerships
- Proven track record in global sales leadership and key account management
- Experience selling to large international IVD players; strong understanding of industry dynamics
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills at senior level
- Familiarity with value-based and consultative selling methodologies
- Comfortable working in virtual teams across geographies and time zones
- Fluent in English and ideally additional languages
- Willingness to travel internationally (-3 days per week)
