Tasks
- Management of daycare administration (e.g. master data management, control of the registration process, accounting).
- Support of the daycare management in administrative areas (e.g. parent communication).
- Administrative control tasks.
- Contact point for administrative questions for parents and school officials.
Expectations
- Completed commercial basic training or similar education.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Experience in administration.
- Flawless written expression.
- Organizational talent, independent, reliable, proactive, team-oriented, loyal.
- Knowledge of daycare is an advantage.
