What you will achieve with us

• Floral overall design: You are responsible for the entire floral design in our hotel, including the creation of artistic arrangements, bouquets and floral installations.
• Event decoration & staging: With great attention to detail, you decorate the public areas – both for the daily ambience and for spectacular gala events, holidays and exclusive private occasions.
• Versatile craftsmanship: You not only work with flowers but skilfully use a variety of materials and substances to create harmonious overall concepts and impressive event decorations.
• Management: Purchasing all flowers, plants and auxiliary materials as well as independently creating and implementing concepts while adhering to the budget.
• Green plants: You take over the organisation and advice for our outdoor planting as well as the professional care of all flowers and green plants in the house.
• Start: from November or by arrangement
• Seasonal, limited until 31.03.2027 (10-month contract from season 27/28).

• Qualification: You have successfully completed vocational training in floristry and bring several years of experience (ideally in upscale hospitality or high-quality event sector).
• Creative all-rounder: With your creative flair and skill in handling a wide range of materials, you know how to inspire our guests. You create a unique ambience that emphasises the luxurious character of our house.
• Personality: You are flexible, communicative and appreciate an independent working style where you can contribute your own ideas.
• Resilience: Even during large events or under time pressure, you remain calm and impress with a natural, friendly demeanour towards guests and colleagues.
