- Plan and lead the bid preparation as a Bid Manager in the ICT environment
- Create/edit bids and the associated cost calculation according to information from various internal and external sources
- Responsible for the timely submission of qualitative and linguistically understandable bids
- Ensure that performance features, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met in the bid
- Responsible for compliance with internal guidelines
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

- Technical or business education at HF/FH level, with basic knowledge in the other area
- Professional experience in bid management and/or project management in the ICT environment
- Good knowledge of project and risk management
- Experience in dealing with (international) partners, customers, and suppliers
- Ideally familiar with the requirements in the Swiss security environment
- Communicative and convincing personality with assertiveness
- High independence, initiative, and service orientation
- APMP, IPMA and/or Hermes certification is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
