We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Fullstack Engineer for our Equities department. Our goal is to build innovative tools that transform complex sustainability data into actionable insights for responsible financial decisions. As an early, high-impact member of the team, you will take ownership of architecting and building these intuitive, end-to-end systems.
Your role
- Designing, building and maintaining end-to-end web applications, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.
- Implementing generative AI capabilities into content tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive high-quality UIs that make complex data easy to understand and navigate.
Your profile
- Proven experience in building a great product or 7+ years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience developing back-end applications (e.g. with Python).
- Experience building React applications and strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Expertise in building and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Proven experience developing and deploying solutions in AWS environments
- Proven ability to deliver against deadlines with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
