Activities
- Responding to written and oral inquiries from our customers as well as providing competent solutions
- Handling questions, orders, and incidents related to hardware, applications, accesses, or network connections
- Analyzing, documenting, and resolving cases to ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and completely
- Proactively informing our customers about the status of their inquiries as well as resolving, escalating, or forwarding incidents as needed
- You ensure the contact between the service desk and the relevant teams with whom we work closely
Profile
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Experience in telephone support as well as a quick grasp to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- A strong customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- High commitment and flexibility, even in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills and determination to implement solutions efficiently and purposefully
- Team player mentality with a positive and cooperative working style
