Lawyer in Public Law
Geneva
We wish to strengthen the public law department of our Geneva office. We are looking for a Lawyer in Public Law.
- You hold a Swiss bar exam and have good academic qualifications (Swiss legal training).
- You have a strong interest in public law – particularly competition law, public procurement, regulated sectors, foundations and associations (including the field of philanthropy and the Host State Act) – as well as contract law.
- You are proficient in French and English, and have good knowledge of German (at least passive).
- You have an excellent team spirit.
Integrated into our public law group:
- You will be particularly active in mandates dealing with competition law investigations, business concentrations, public procurement procedures, and administrative law litigation. Our activity also frequently consists of advising in these areas.
- You will also be active in the field of philanthropy, for the establishment of associations and foundations of public utility, including relations with tax and supervisory authorities, as well as for the regular follow-up of these entities and their legal needs. You may also be required to work on mandates related to the Host State Act.
- You do not need to have professional experience in these areas. We will be happy to introduce you to these new subjects within a dynamic and open team.
We look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, curriculum vitae, university transcripts and bar exam results, diplomas and certificates), sent by email or by post to:
