Your Tasks
- Person-centered care and support of our residents within the key worker system
- Everyday activity planning including planning, organization, implementation, delegation, and evaluation of activities
- Work in early, late, and night shifts
Your Profile
- Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition
- Independent, resilient, and responsible personality
- Enjoyment of varied workdays
- Good PC user skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
