Your Tasks
- Management of the telephone switchboard and Livit Geneva
- Providing information about rental properties
- Reception of clients and visitors
- Handing over keys to prospective tenants for apartment visits and to companies for carrying out work
- Management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Assistance with a small property management portfolio of group leaders
- Various administrative and secretarial tasks, especially for the branch manager
- Ensuring availability of meeting rooms (drinks, equipment, tidying up)
- Execution of specific tasks for another department (Rental, Management, Accounting)
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or equivalent training
- Experience in a reception service (reception/telephone)
- Good writing and administrative management skills
- Competence, customer orientation, partnership behavior, and result orientation
- Independence, reliability, precise working style, and stress resistance
- Confidence and ease in contact with a diverse and demanding clientele
- Neat appearance and sociability
- Communicative personality, able to work in a team
- Native French speaker, very good knowledge of German and/or English
