Deputy HR Manager
Your area of responsibility:
Together with your supervisor, you provide all HR services for a dynamic and family-oriented institution. You are responsible for your own personnel area in all phases of the Employee Life Cycle and are a competent contact person for employees, team, department, and management. You are confident in social insurance matters (KTG, UVG, AHV, FAK, BVG, QST), familiar with labor law issues, and can provide support in payroll.
You bring with you:
- Training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent
- Solid experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or social services
- Structured and independent working style and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- High social and self-competence and the ability to relate to people
- High flexibility and ability to self-organize
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Initiative and active thinking
