We are looking for you to strengthen our international project team at Xovis. You start hands-on, quickly take on responsibility, and continuously develop with growing experience – without being thrown in at the deep end. In a small, dynamic team, you work on versatile customer projects and develop solutions that are used at airports worldwide. You can expect exciting infrastructures, technical diversity, and varied tasks: from analyzing data to setting up systems to resolving technical questions in direct customer contact. You work closely with project managers, developers, and support – with short communication paths, direct communication, and a strong team spirit.

What awaits you:

• Check and set up 3D sensors

You analyze live images from our 3D sensors, compare them with plans, and ensure they are correctly installed and accessible

• Calibrate measurement systems

With our software, you define lines and zones so that passenger flows and waiting times are recorded precisely and reliably

• Configure software and make data visible

You create dashboards and reports that allow our customers to capture developments in passenger numbers and waiting times at a glance

• Work closely with project managers

Together with the project managers, you ensure that our technical solution meets the desired customer benefits – from configuration to final system validation

• Provide technical support

You assist with questions or problems that go beyond first-level support, together with colleagues from development and project management

What you bring:

• Completed training in IT or technical field (e.g., IT specialist EFZ, automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ)
• Interest in IT systems, networks, and technical troubleshooting
• Enjoy working precisely and solving problems in a structured way
• Team spirit and enthusiasm to work closely with project managers and developers
• Good English skills for customer projects and documentation
