Head of Implementation / Chief Construction Manager 80-100%

Job description:

For exciting large projects, we are looking for experienced and passionate construction project managers for the implementation management. As a certified construction manager with construction management experience in Switzerland, you independently prepare service descriptions, manage the tendering and awarding process, and lead the implementation of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project managers, you optimize the construction process, create the schedule, and monitor costs and compliance with contractual conditions.

What we expect from you:

Training and experience as a construction manager

Solid experience as Head of Implementation in Switzerland

Enjoyment of work and willingness to perform above average

Good communication skills and assertiveness

Independent, careful, and proactive working style with a focus on the essentials

Very good IT skills with industry-standard tools

Good German skills; knowledge of other national languages and English is an advantage
