What is the role about?

We are reorganizing in the area of Quality and Product Compliance Management. In this context, we are expanding our team. You will be responsible for the company-wide Corrective and Preventive Action process (CAPA). With clear processes, sound assessments, and effective measures, you ensure quality, safety, and legal compliance.

What tasks will you take on?

• You lead and optimize the Corrective and Preventive Action process (CAPA) including the compliance requirements to be considered.
• You conduct thorough risk assessments and derive targeted measures such as recalls, service information, or reservations.
• You are responsible for the entire approval process for conformity and manufacturer declarations – structured, legally secure, and practical. 
• You manage delivery stops decisively and prudently in case of safety or quality risks and effectively implement additional tasks such as internal audits.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a technical or scientific degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, physics) – ideally complemented by further training in quality management.
• You bring experience in handling corrective and preventive processes as well as dealing with risks in the areas of safety and health.
• You think risk-based, work process-strong, and act confidently in risk assessments, recalls, delivery stops, and preventive measures.
• You convince with analytical strength, willingness to shape, and the ability to realize sustainable solutions even through resistance.
• You work closely with the Head of Quality Management and move confidently in an interdisciplinary, international environment.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are proficient in handling ERP and QM systems.
