Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support of various timber construction projects during execution
- Contact person for internal project managers
- Ensuring communication with the client and construction management
- Work preparation based on plans from architects and project managers
- Leading the entrusted team, including apprentices, according to economic efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with all occupational safety regulations
- Independent erection and assembly work of system constructions
- Demanding interior fittings, conversions, and renovations
- Qualitatively flawless and timely execution of work
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ
- Several years of professional experience as a timber construction foreman, preferably with further education
- Leadership experience, team management
- Career changers with potential and interest are also welcome
- Independent, careful, and reliable working style
