Serata, Foundation for the Elderly

is the operator of a modern senior center with various services and the public restaurant Tisch55 with 110 seats.

Diverse range of tasks

• Preparing medications in compliance with the 5-R rules
• Co-responsible for medication ordering according to medical prescriptions for residents and the correct storage of medicines and narcotics
• Clarifications in implementing prescriptions with family doctors
• Handling complaints, processing returns to companies
• Management of supply shortages
• Proper disposal of expired, stopped medications, ointments, and drops
• Supporting departments in implementing the medication concept 
• Participation in the further development of medication management
