Passion for education! The city schools and care facilities in Zug consist of several dynamic and innovative school and care units that teach and care for over 2,700 children. Tasks

• Leading with foresight: You take on the pedagogical, personnel, administrative, and organizational leadership of a year team at the Loreto Secondary School Center (approx. 20 LP/SHP and around 150 students)
• Further developing school quality: You ensure innovation, quality assurance, and sustainable school development
• You bring orientation, stability, and motivation to dynamic processes with a positive mindset

Expectations

• Teaching diploma for Cycle 3 with teaching experience
• Completed school leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Leadership experience and enjoyment of responsibility in a management role
• Empathy combined with organizational skills and solution orientation
