Function objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Comprehensive legal advice for national and international mandates on all aspects of corporate law, particularly:
- Corporate law and corporate governance
- M&A transactions
- Corporate structuring
- Financing law
- Capital market law
- Restructuring and insolvency law
✓ Regulatory, legal, and tax project management for a broad portfolio of corporate structuring
✓ Notarization of contracts
✓ Conducting client discussions on corporate law issues and regulatory approval matters
✓ Drafting and/or reviewing contracts, regulations, financing documents, as well as responsibility for corporate governance issues
✓ Negotiating with clients' stakeholders, authorities, and other service providers
✓ Representation of mandates before courts and arbitration tribunals
✓ Participation in the development of new products and services
✓ Active collaboration in an international team
✓ Participation in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI

Professional competence
Education:
✓ Swiss attorney license and top qualification
✓ Additional studies in business law or financial law
✓ Notary license
Work experience:
✓ 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, auditing company, bank, or asset management
