Your Tasks
- Performing all common anesthesia procedures in 5 operating rooms, the delivery room OR, and the interdisciplinary intensive care unit with up to 20 beds
- Application of modern general anesthesia including EEG-controlled anesthesia depth measurement to optimize patient safety
- Performing ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and neuroaxial blocks in high case numbers
- Anesthesiological care in obstetrics (over 1,000 births per year) in close cooperation with pediatrics and gynecology
- Use of transthoracic intraoperative echocardiography for relevant issues
- Supervision and training of the medical team as well as participation in quality management and service organization
Your Profile
- Recognition as a specialist (m/f/d) in anesthesiology with relevant professional experience in an acute care hospital or a comparable institution
- Ideally additional qualifications in special pain therapy and/or special intensive care medicine
- Sound knowledge in general and regional anesthesia procedures as well as in intensive care medicine
- Experience in training and supervising assistant doctors (m/f/d) and interest in further developing clinical processes
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, sense of responsibility, and empathy in dealing with patients (m/f/d) and colleagues
- Commitment, enthusiasm for innovation, and interest in modern concepts of quality assurance and patient safety
