We are represented in Switzerland at a total of 7 locations , namely in Zurich (headquarters), Bern, Basel, St. Gallen and Geneva, as well as service centres in the regions of Chur and Lucerne.

Head of Elevator Repairs 100%
Your tasks:
- Planning, controlling and monitoring the repair scheduling
- Budget responsibility in the area of repairs
- Contact person for customers
- Developing solutions for technical problems
- Handling customer complaints
- Leadership responsibility
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic, plant & apparatus builder, electrician)
- Several years of professional experience in the elevator industry
- Leadership experience and strong customer orientation
- Flexible and resilient
- Organisational talent with a solution-oriented and precise working style
- Leadership experience and strong customer orientation
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Team player
- Confident handling of Office365 products, Navision knowledge is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
