We are represented in Switzerland at a total of 7 locations , namely in Zurich (headquarters), Bern, Basel, St. Gallen and Geneva, as well as service centres in the regions of Chur and Lucerne.

Head of Elevator Repairs 100%

Your tasks:

• Planning, controlling and monitoring the repair scheduling
• Budget responsibility in the area of repairs
• Contact person for customers
• Developing solutions for technical problems
• Handling customer complaints
• Leadership responsibility

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic, plant & apparatus builder, electrician)
• Several years of professional experience in the elevator industry
• Leadership experience and strong customer orientation
• Flexible and resilient
• Organisational talent with a solution-oriented and precise working style
• Leadership experience and strong customer orientation
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Team player
• Confident handling of Office365 products, Navision knowledge is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
