If you want to effectively contribute your school leadership experience and at the same time keep room for other things, we have the right co-leadership role for you.

For our school unit «Ruggenacher 1» with around 280 students, we are looking for an engaged, well-organized, and forward-looking personality as of August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, as

Together with the current principal Chantal Bucher, you will shape the pedagogical, organizational, and cultural development of our school. All threads come together with you: Whether scheduling, introduction of new teachers, pulse surveys, or team development processes – no day is like another in this job and it thrives on variety.

Don’t worry, with your workload of 20-30%, you will not be responsible for everything. Depending on your background and strengths, we will assign you where it makes sense. Only a training as a school leader is required.
