Our Control Center is the heart of our daily success – here we hold the reins to ensure our crews reliably take to the skies. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality who wants to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

In Crew Control, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring all deployment changes of our crews. You are also the first point of contact for questions regarding their deployment.

Among other things, you are responsible for:

• Continuous adjustment of crew deployments in close coordination with the Operations Control Center
• Ensuring optimal reserve and stand-by services
• Quick, solution-oriented response to irregularities (e.g., delays, sick reports, etc.)
• You maintain and check all license-relevant process data
• Organizing hotel and transport arrangements at external locations and providing documents for the flight crews

Requirements

We are looking for a flexible, resilient, and communicative personality with experience in the aviation industry. Knowledge of EASA Flight Time Limitations and experience as a crew member are an additional plus but not mandatory.

You bring with you:

• Independence, high sense of responsibility, and confident appearance
• Precise working method and the ability to make quick decisions even under time pressure
• High service orientation and willingness to work irregular hours (7-day shift operation)
• Very good German and English skills and good Microsoft 365 user knowledge
