• Lead the department "Scientific Work and Thesis" in the Bachelor Nursing program and take personnel responsibility for the subordinate employees
• Strategically further develop the study program as a member of the management team
• Conduct courses in the form of lectures, seminars, tutorials, and expert forums as well as plan, organize, and implement modules
• Proactively contribute to the continuous development of the study program and participate in internal projects
• Support and accompany students in an exciting university environment

• Completed master's degree in nursing or health sciences with a doctorate as well as proven clinical or scientific experience
• Several years of experience and high qualification in university teaching, ideally in the context of a lecturer activity
• Great interest in curriculum development, implementation of teaching offers, as well as enthusiasm for scientific topics and personnel management
• Communicative and solution-oriented personality with high self- and social competence
• High motivation and joy in taking on responsibility
