Your tasks:
Meet with property owners in your region and assess their sales plans
Create property valuations using banking software and your market expertise
Develop a customer-tailored sales strategy and finalize the mandate
Manage inquiries from potential buyers, negotiate offers, and accompany the sale to the notarial phase – supported by an experienced internal team (e.g., for viewings)
Build a trusting relationship with your clients, advise and support them throughout the entire sales process
Become a reference person in your region, expand your network, and increase your visibility as a real estate expert
Work with our specialists in real estate financing to offer buyers suitable financing solutions
Actively contribute to the further development of the Neho strategy. With your growing experience, you will become a driving force in our team

Job Requirements
What you bring:
Initial commercial experience and knowledge of the real estate sector are a great advantage
Proven experience in a sales environment and in customer acquisition
Outgoing personality and excellent appearance
Sense of responsibility and determination
Independence and team spirit, flexibility, and availability
Possession of a driver's license and a vehicle at your disposal
Excellent communication skills in Swiss German (oral and written) and basic knowledge of English
Affinity for technology and a confident handling of new IT tools
