For our HR team in Visp, we are looking for dedicated reinforcement. With us, you have the opportunity to gain diverse experience in the HR field and contribute to exciting and challenging projects. You act as an important interface to internal and external partners and support our production area in Visp with operational and administrative HR topics.
Main tasks:
- Active support of our HR business partners in all relevant HR processes
- Support in creating HR analyses and evaluations
- Advising managers and employees on questions regarding HR systems, processes, and policies
- Participation in HR projects
- Collaboration with our internal interfaces and external partners
- Various administrative and organizational tasks
Qualifications and experience:
- BSc in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Office Management Diploma, Commercial School or similar
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, solution-oriented, and service-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in working with different contacts
- High willingness to learn and motivation to acquire new knowledge and take on responsibility
- Flexibility and openness to changes in a dynamic work environment
- Organizational talent as well as confident handling of digital tools

Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats from microorganisms to humans and the environment. This area includes five independent business units: Professional Hygiene, Household and Personal Care, Wood Protection, Coatings & Paints, and Material Protection.
Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) provides materials for the production of composites in electronics, aerospace, and other industries.
