Are you looking for a new challenge in a varied and dynamic work environment? Do you like to pitch in, work in a structured way, and appreciate a collegial collaboration? Then you are a perfect fit for us! We are a small, motivated team and are looking for you as a strong support in administration. The position is available from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- As an assistant to the management of WAS, you are responsible for coordination, scheduling, task management, and minute-taking at meetings.
- You support the head of the compensation office in administrative and organizational matters.
- You plan and accompany our management meetings and ensure a smooth process.
- You organize internal and external events - from preparation to implementation.
- You take on general secretarial tasks (including mail, emails, and phone calls).
- You are the contact person for various concerns of our employees.
Your skills
- You have a commercial education and bring several years of experience in this field.
- Ideally, you have completed further training as an executive assistant.
- You are administratively experienced and confident in M365 including MS Office and Teams.
- You work independently and quickly find your way in a new work environment.
- You are open to changes and enjoy a versatile and varied range of tasks.
- You keep an overview even in demanding situations and convince with a high problem-solving ability.
