Your Tasks
Your main areas of responsibility
HR Area:
- Employment contracts with more complex requirements (third countries, withholding tax, social insurance location, etc.)
- Payroll control
Administration Area:
- Record and approve expenses and fees
- Organization of events
- General secretarial work
Finance Area:
- Financial planning/budget
- Annual financial statement
- Audit
- Support of research proposals and projects
- Creation of accounts receivable invoices in SAP (account assignment, VAT, etc.)
- Account assignment and approval of accounts payable and credit card statements.
Your Profile
You are characterized by very good written and oral communication in German and English, accuracy, as well as very good organizational skills. Furthermore, you have professional experience in the HR area and ideally also good expertise in the finance area. You enrich the institute with your engaging manner and service orientation. Knowledge of administrative processes at the University of St. Gallen is desirable.
