🎯 Your main responsibilities

As the Manager, you oversee the overall activity of the site. Your responsibilities notably include:

• Operational supervision: Coordinating the daily activities of the body shop.
• Commercial management: Managing the customer base and developing new business partnerships.
• Insurance relations: Preparing and following up on quotes, and managing ongoing relations with insurance companies.
• Production & Quality: Working closely with workshop managers to monitor production and strictly control quality.
• Financial management: Handling administrative management, monitoring invoicing, and controlling the workshop's profitability.
• Optimisation: Ensuring the overall organisation and continuous optimisation of the operation's functioning.

👤 Your profile

• Education: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma, a federal certificate (an asset), or equivalent training in the automotive field.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing a workshop or body shop.
• Skills: Excellent mastery of estimating tools (e.g., Silver DAT), administrative ease, and commercial acumen.
• Qualities: Natural leadership, strong organisational skills, financial rigour, and excellent customer relations.
