Brief description:
· Active support in the monastery bistro
· Preparation of our dishes according to specified recipes & templates
· Beverage & coffee preparation
· Working with the guest & according to script
· Your workplace is versatile: either in the bistro kitchen and/or in service, in our production kitchen „Festküche“ in SG, in the focacceria in SG or at a catering
· Holiday & substitute coverage for other team members
· All mise en place work (delivery in summer by bike – your workout in the fresh air is included.)
· Proper inventory management in cooperation with the bistro management
· Strict adherence to hygiene and quality guidelines according to HACCP
· Ensuring a clean kitchen (regular checks)
· Active support with general cleaning tasks
· Working on weekends, but then having evenings off – sounds great? Then you are exactly right with us!

· Well-groomed, warm appearance, positive attitude to life and good manners
· Interest in gastronomy (food, drinks, etc.)
· First experience in gastronomy
· Willingness to learn new things and meet our quality standards
· Reasonable level of resilience
· Self-motivation, reliability and loyalty are a matter of course for you
· German at native level (C2 level), we also welcome international guests, so foreign languages are an advantage
· Flexibility

· None, always discuss questions and suggestions with the supervisor or their deputy
