This is what you do with us:
- You care for and support people with dementia individually and in their familiar environment.
- You design the care process in collaboration with the clients and their environment.
- You coordinate the care planning.
- You work closely with other nursing professionals in a team and are part of the dementia team.
This is what you bring:
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH (focus on dementia is an advantage). This is important because you mostly work independently.
- You bring experience in accompanying and caring for people with dementia.
- You work independently, responsibly, and organized.
- You have high professional and social competence.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a category B driving license.
