Implenia Timber Construction operates throughout Switzerland and in neighboring countries. Your workplace will be Rümlang.

Your responsibilities

• Management of demanding projects in structural engineered timber construction and timber element construction from planning and production to handover.
• Responsibility for quality and timely project execution within the agreed budgets.
• Optimization of execution solutions in workshop planning regarding material, fabrication, and assembly.
• Contact person for clients and coordination of all subcontractors and specialists involved in the project.
• Leadership of assigned project resources and monitoring their efficient use.
• Control and supervision of project execution in compliance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
• Preparation of manufacturing and assembly documents as well as schedules.
• Conducting award negotiations together with project management and purchasing.

Why you succeed

• Apprenticeship as a carpenter and foreman training or technician HF or timber construction/civil engineer.
• Professional experience as a carpenter or foreman.
• Experience in the construction execution of timber construction projects.
• Knowledge in CAD planning.
• Several years of experience in construction management of timber construction projects (technical and commercial project control).
• Solid knowledge of Swiss construction law.
• Good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Professional leadership experience.
