- Creating invoices and credit notes in the company ERP system
- Recording contracts in the ERP system
- Requesting order confirmations, invoices, etc. from customers and suppliers
- Checking and controlling stock levels in the ERP system
- Supporting the sales department
- Hub function administration-purchasing-warehouse-disposition
- Contact person for customers regarding administration
- Deputizing and supporting team members
- Carrying out monthly closings
- General administrative tasks
- Completed commercial training desirable
- Professional experience in the commercial field
- Reliable and precise way of working
- Very good IT and MS Office skills
- Responsible team player with joy in dealing with people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
- French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
