• Professional and proactive advice and support for managers and employees, as a thinking partner for all human resources-related questions
• Responsibility for the entire HR life cycle (excluding salaries) of around 200 employees (direct responsibility for about 130 employees), including 30 apprentices
• Recruitment of specialists, managers, and apprentices in collaboration with the hierarchy
• Support for long-term absences due to illness or accident
• Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as change processes
• Interface with the time recording system
• Collaboration in the implementation of the fenaco-LANDI group HR strategy
• Various administrative tasks.

• HR specialist with a federal certificate and several years of experience in this field, ideally with initial team management experience
• Native language German or French - perfect command of the other language
• You interact easily with people at all levels and know how to manage conflicts effectively
• You have an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
• You master the main professional platforms and social networks
• You are ready to regularly travel to the different Serco Switzerland sites.
• Category B driving license

We are looking for a motivated person to fill the position of HR Manager Serco Switzerland (m/f/d) in Oberbipp (BE). In this position, you manage all operational human resources issues within the fenaco HR team of the Mittelland region. We appreciate down-to-earth personalities with a practical mindset. As a central service provider, you supervise, in job sharing with an HR Business Partner based in French-speaking Switzerland, about 200 employees spread over 10 sites in Switzerland. Thanks to our proximity to operational activities, you quickly identify line challenges and together find pragmatic solutions.
